Using a combination of essential oils, soft massage oil, Reiki and magic hands i will release and energize tired and sore muscles and repair torn and damaged tissue that may not be healing. I also use several specialised techniques to locate and repair damaged muscles to help support and speed up the body's own repair mechanisms. Passive stretching moves are also used.
